DocUnited Imaging implemented Laserfiche Enterprise Content Management Software for City of Glendale two years ago in 2017. It was a big project but with DocUnited Imaging’s management, everything went smoothly and was completed on schedule. They successfully converted nearly 7 million pages of documents from the City’s legacy system into Laserfiche. With the Laserfiche Public Portal, the public is able to conveniently search and access a variety of documents on the City’s website in a read only state.

Marta is always willing to demonstrate the system to the City’s new users and show them how Laserfiche can assist them with their business needs.
The City Clerk’s Office wanted to use Laserfiche to automate the boards and commissions application and recruitment process. We explained what we wanted and their team took it from there, creating the eform, workflow and required business process. In short they made it happen.
