DocUnited imaging has LibertyNET installations in distribution, mortgage, health care, And government verticals. LibertyNET is highly flexible and customizable to fit your organizations needs. The applications flexibility allows your organization to capture and retrieve most document types.
The documents can be captured from scanners, multi function devices, fax servers, imported directly to the EDMS electronically, and many more.
The software is designed to allow the customer to fully administer and configure LibertyNET without any programming knowledge. You can create Workflows, email, and manage document retention from one location. LibertyNET can create ADHOC workflows for routing and managing documents. There is a thick client as well as a Web client for convenient searching of information.

With LibertyNET COLD/ERM, there’s never been a faster, more flexible way to index and archive all types of computer output and have it instantly available for retrieval—anytime, anywhere. COLD/ERM can convert nearly any existing computer output into manageable information. Whether you have reports, data files, ASCII, EBCDIC, etc., LibertyNET can use standard, pre-defined or custom rules. Includes configuration tools for COLD job setups which will automatically burst, index and process data. COLD includes full overlay support.

With LibertyNET OCR, you can perform full-text indexing, searching and editing to improve your document handling capabilities. Based upon the industry leading ScanSoft OCR, this technology supports full page, zone and drag-and-drop OCR. Licensed on a per workstation basis.

With the E-forms module, a user can simply fill out an electronic form (template) and allow LibertyNET to automatically create a document from the data entered. You also receive the e-Formizer, which allows you to create XSL documents for use in creating custom forms (e-forms), without having to exploit the full flexibility of XSL. The tool allows you to transform an HTML form into the proper XSL stylesheet needed to create an e-form for users to fill out.

Captaris RightFax v. 9 (and above) Integration
Receive seamless integration with Captaris RightFax. Designed specifically for use with RightFax fax servers, all significant fax image information is pulled from the RightFax database and passed to the LibertyNET database along with the fax image.
Provides for the viewing of documents in their native formats within LibertyNET, such as Word, Excel, etc. There are nearly 200 supported formats. Licensed in blocks of 50 users.

LibertyNET PDF Plus opens new avenues to automate the capture, creation, searching, viewing, indexing, securing and publishing of PDF content. LibertyNET expands native PDF's portability and integrity to a higher level, allowing markups, searching, process business rules and route/distribute content for review, approval, and publishing. The entire process can be fully automated using LibertyNET's powerful rule templates. Licensed in blocks of 50 users.

LibertyNET Version Control and Audit Plus provides effective management over the lifecycle of a document, including check in, check out, revision tracking, version control and history records. You also have the ability to integrate digital signatures and make document mark-ups and annotations.

LibertyNET's TaskFlo, a component of Workflow, enables access and approval of documents by individuals working in different roles and in different departments within the organization. LibertyNET Archiver and Disaster Recovery provides the ability to organize, secure and access disparate islands of information (multiple electronic and paper formats) found in multiple locations when needed. Provides support for removable/multiple volumes, such as optical disks. Tracks location of all volumes and allows system to queue requests accordingly. Software resides in a user station. When used with the network option, this module should be installed on a separate workstation/server.

LibertyNET Media Viewer Publisher gives you a way to port your documents anywhere with search and retrieval capabilities included. It enables permanent storage with reliability, integrity and easy duplication, usually to a CD or DVD system. With Publisher, you can create a disc packed with a large number of documents in a view-only LibertyNET application. Published documents are stored in folders, where they can be browsed, viewed, searched or printed within LibertyNET's self-contained environment.

Designed to accelerate case-oriented workflow, LibertyNET Packager lets you rapidly retrieve related documents, according to an "extract-and-search" template. Harnessing business rules and custom printing features, packages can be retrieved, manipulated and distributed in paper or electronic format. This also includes the Message Driver interface, allowing you to use external data to process packages within LibertyNET.

For browser-based access and control, Liberty IMS provides the LibertyNET XML Web Services. This module provides out-of-the-box user-interface templates based on XML and XSL, which can be customized to provide personalized interfaces for specific departments, groups or users. The templates allow multiple users to securely access LibertyNET services and documents, with no need for a separate publishing step. Comes bundled with two (2) connections. Multiple servers may be purchased.

Application Screen Enabler (ASE)
Application Screen Enabler takes a full assessment of your application and allows you to assemble complex commands from multiple elements on screen, and even do additional tasks depending on what application and screen you are currently working with. Examples might include imageenabling SAP® software without modifying its screens, or initiating work processes from PeopleSoft®. Support is provided for enabling terminal, Windows and web applications.

LibertyNET DBI allows integration with legacy databases to automate the indexing process. This includes both extracting information from the database as well as updating existing records in the legacy database. Using DBI you can easily view field data from non-LibertyNET sources and dynamically represent that data to LibertyNET as if the data were residing in a document folder. This feature eliminates the need to perform cumbersome exporting/importing or re-keying of external data.
